Thyank you Jim for the direction for needed information. I do have two of the club offered trans repair manuals. Sad part is the high lighted the demensions in one of those manuals but misplaced it. so I purchased another manual only to "find" the lost one after my questions. so I'm on my way and have made all the gear bushings. Plus I have installed the synchro clutches but have not staked them or cut them yet. at present my main shaft gear sleeve is out being hard chromed.

As many know, I attempting to rebuild my trans. Sadly I do not know what acceptable running clearances are. I recognise we has thrust washers between most if not all the gears. Mine has some noticeable wear on them.So who or where can I get what all these tolerances are... Thanks for any help or directions.
