The Smith’s and the Hatch’s have met and secured lodging requirements at the Hilton Garden and have tentatively laid out the tours and are currently working on the food for ‘early bird’ arrivals on Thursday night, the Friday, Saturday lunches, and the Saturday night banquet dinner and auction party. This year’s CanAm will be a ‘Duesy of a regional meet’.
Don’t forget to bring an ACD item or suitable donation for the ‘famed CanAm Auction’ featuring the Club’s own Dr. Steve Butler as our auctioneer. Women can bring their ‘treasurers’ for the auction, too. Don’t forget the dress Saturday nights is in ‘Pete Kelly Hawaiian shirt or blouse’ style.
