Spare Tire Mounting was created by devinec
Does anyone have a picture of the way the spare tire is mounted behind the seat in a Cabriolet? Mine is a '37 RHD. The tire has been sitting, unmounted, behind the passenter (left-hand) seat, along with the 2 pieces also pictured. One metal... I'm sure the tire retainer... and one wood piece... is this an orginal piece? I must be missing a bolt/wing-nut, too. The first photo below is looking up towards a threaded hole. Thanks for any pictures or advice you might have of a proper mounting.
