1937 Cord Paint Color Questions
Looking at Page 285 of Cord Complete it shows that #45 Geneva Blue was only used on 1937 Cord closed cars - not on any 1936 cars or 1937 open cars
Stan Gililands #3 doc "Colour & Upholstery Combinations" Sheets dated 1-11-37 it reads that Geneva Blue is "Standard on All 1937 Models - Open & Closed"
The Cussler 1937 Sportsman is Geneva Blue
rmsothebys.com/auctions/az25/lots/r0049-...sportsman-cabriolet/
I'e also seen red cars & understand that may be one of the "special order colors"
Any clarification on correct colour options for 1937 open cars would be appreciated
Thanks!!!
