Unfortunately, a Goodrich Silvertown is not produced today. You can get a BF Goodrich Tire (and I have bought a few sets over times for various Cadillacs and they are fine), though is is a far different beast.Drivencord wrote: Thank you that's what I'm after! Hoping to duplicate that tire.

If you look at the ribs on the firewall you can tell it's a hand built. Also the Air Cleaner and the fuel pump. If you look close there are a couple of other differences.

I had a look through Google Images under Goodrich Silvertown tyres and found the attached advertisement which shows an earlier time frame however the two diamonds are clearly seen on the tyre wall. These tyres are called Goodrich Silvertown Cords.
I have added a picture of my Westchester that was taken in late 1936 it clearly shows the original tyres with the two diamonds.

I would lean here to a Goodyear - I have installed several sets now and find them to be a good quality tire that is actually "round", plus has a nice "Art Deco' pattern on the whitewall that adds some character.

Or if a radial is wanted:

On dad's 1935 851 Phaeton, I am running a Diamond Back Toyo Tire with whitewall applied - dreamy ride.
