I have mirror glass if you need one.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

Gary: Just be aware that modern mirror glass is not as thick as the original cord rear view mirror glass.

Thanks Jim.. That helps in my search for a correct glass. Might just get a tracing and have one made locally. I have several glass shops able to cut and grind or bevel any glass.

Gary,
The mount and pieces are correct. The mirror is wrong.
The phaeton is exactly the same.

The ball-stud looks the same as 35-36 speedster.

Thanks for the pics and information to what other cars used this mirror. Terry your pics here did not come thru but they did on my email here at home. This is the appearance of my mirror glass and bracket as found. The glass appears to be incorrect but the mount is correct..

I assumed this mirror was the same as that used in Auburns after riding in a supercharged Auburn phaeton recently.
The Cord has the mirror mounted on a short ball ended shaft which is fixed to the wooden trim strip between the windshields.
As previously mentioned Gary I took these pictures with the mirror in position.

The 810-812 mirror glass & bracket is the same as 34-36 Auburn. I have them if you need one . I cannot tell you how they mount in an 810 - 812

Can someone post pictures of an original rear view mirror glass sides and the mounting mechanics. Thanks...
