Hi Bill.
The way it worked with me was to wind the windshields out as far as they would go then carefully remove the screws around the stainless steel supports. The windshield can then be supported on a suitable cardboard box sitting on the cowl with some suitable cloth under the box to protect the paint. Wind the stainless steel prop back out of the way then proceed to remove the six screws in the hinges. It is a one man job but you may need help to hold the windshield.

Have to remove both windshields to have rust repairs and plating. Are there any land mines I need to know about as I remove thee?
