For some reason I though the fact it's marble would really change the feel of it. Besides being a hair cooler to the touch it's similar to any other shift knob. John

Here's another knob that popped up on the auction site claiming to be a Duesy knob.

Are the standard knobs "marbled" like this or are they solid black? JohnnyA

Hi Randy,
If Duesenberg used them as an accessory, does that mean that an all black knob may also have been used?
thanks

Duesy Shift knob? was created by floorboardinit
I picked this shift knob up a while back because it had such a close resemblance to a marble topped Duesy shift knob. I can't tell what the deal is with it. I haven't been able to identify whether the top is plastic or some kind of stone. It has all the same markings and even the top is seperate from the black base. Is this a Duesy shift knob but with a different stone (marble) top? Has anyone seen anything like this? Thanks in advance for any help. JohnnyA

Here is an "official" Duesenberg shift knob for reference.
