OK, thanks. I should have taken a picture, these did have signature and stamp. I'd just never seen such a nice condition early certificate and was dubious. thanks David C.

I am not aware of them being reproduced ,but they need to have a stamp and signature to be authentic. There are three company versions Duesenberg inc is the most likely to reproduce and the rarest. R

A friend of mine showed up at a flea market today with some Duesenberg stock certificates, dated in the early 1920's. These were in pristine, mint, condition. Have they been reproduced at some point? They looked too good to be almost 100 years old....
