Sounds like an easy fix. Sometimes the obvious is the simple way we miss thinking its much more of an issue.

I found the problem! The cross shaft was not tight enough and was rotating the headlight back and forth. Problem solved. Thanks to anyone who looked at my query.

I need help in adjusting my pilot ray headlight that turns with the front wheels. the headlight was loose, so I took off the lens and tightened the nut inside the bucket. after I got it back together, the light moved from down low to up in the air - left to right. I unscrewed the bottom nut on the headlight and reset it vertically
now it only goes back and forth, not left and right. are there any instructions somewhere for adjusting this device?
