Newsletter #4, 2017 has an article I wrote called Finding Judith, The Continuing Story Of The Actonite Cord. This story tells how I was able to find a picture of my Westchester with its original owner Amos Mason of Acton, Ontario but it only touches briefly on the joy I felt at being able to find the picture. Judith Mathus a granddaughter of the Masons had it. She never saw the Cord as she was born in 1941 and her grandfather had sold it in 1937 which makes it all the more special. Then as a gift from God another picture arrived this time with Amos's wife Cordelia sitting near the car. The Masons had travelled 500 miles to visit relatives in Worcester MA. The picture with Cordelia Mason appears to be taken before the one with Amos looking at the dress of the two people. Both pictures are wonderful and are treasured by me. I figure the ACD world can share them too.
