Host Hotel is the Hilton Gardens Inn, 3401 Plaza Court,  Elkhart

The Smith's and the Hatch's have met and secured lodging requirements at the Hilton Garden and have tentatively laid out the tours and are currently working on the food for 'early bird' arrivals on Thursday night, the Friday, Saturday lunches, and the Saturday night banquet dinner and auction party.  This year's CanAm will be a 'Duesy of a regional meet'.

Don’t forget to bring an ACD item or suitable donation for the ‘famed CanAm Auction’ featuring the Club’s own Dr. Steve Butler as our auctioneer.  Women can bring their ‘treasurers’ for the auction, too.  Don’t forget the dress Saturday nights is in ‘Pete Kelly Hawaiian shirt or blouse’ style.

Your weekend in Elkhart, Indiana will be relaxed, informative, enjoyable and fun for all.  See you in Elkhart!

Hotel rate for the Hilton Gardens Inn is $120.00 per night, which includes the taxes, and breakfast each day.  Please book your room by June 23 to receive this rate.  Mention the ‘Auburn Cord Duesenberg CanAm Meet’ when you call the hotel at: 574-970-4444.
