Pete, what you do is buy a sheet of reinforced Buna N rubber and cut a new diaphragm using a scissors and gasket punches. You get it at McMaster Carr. 

Fabric-Reinforced Oil-Resistant Buna-N Rubber Sheet 12" x 12", 1/16" Thick www.mcmaster.com/product/1890T12
