O'Donnell Mackie, 577 Yonge St Toronto was created by Terry Cockerell
Sheet 1, Picture No's JBA 6, JBA 686 and JBA 724 are all of 577 Yonge St Toronto the dealer O'Donnell Mackie. The building opened in 1919 as the Canadian Motor Car Co selling Marmon, Saxon and Velie automobiles.
Arnold O'Donnell and Dickson Mackie became partners in 1927 by purchasing the Dodge dealership Moore and Hughes located in the same building.
In 1930 O'Donnell Mackie became the Auburn Cord Duesenberg distributors in Ontario.
In 1932 they moved to a larger building on the corner of Bay St and St Joseph St.
The building in 577 Yonge St still exists and it is currently used as a Sex Shop, I know because I had a look in Street View.
Cheers, Terry Cockerell.
