We own an all original Auburn 8-98A sedan that we have brought to the ACD Labor Day Reunion the last two years and we recently purchased a custom built, one of a kind Cord Boat Tail Speedster from the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Co. in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. The car was started over 20 years ago by a gentleman who loved the Cord front end but wanted an Auburn boat tail as well. he unfortunately passed away before the car could be completed and the vehicle was sold to the ACD Co. and they finished the project. I realize that the purists will not appreciate the vehicle but we sure enjoy cruising in it. it is powered by a 460 Ford engine with an automatic transmission, power steering, brakes, vintage air and bluetooth stereo.
