Hi Alan
Suspect that this is an image of my 8/98A ex Curt Curtis in Tenessee and now in NZ. The "cap" as pictured is a dummy which is secured to the original female fitting BUT the radiator has been fitted with a new top collar slightly to the rear with a conventional pressure cap an overflow which I have sent to a tolerable looking stainless overflow bottle instead of the plastic one which was held on the firewall in a wire cage.

No. Not correct for 28-30 Auburn; nor would it fit the rad neck.
