Sure I have rebuilt them.
1- open them up by cutting the cover tubes off in a lathe.
2- disassemble and clean
3- inspect shaft for damage
4- hard chrome shaft and turn down to size as necessary
5- replace seal (I have them)
6- reassemble
7- engrave the lettering and patent data
8- paint semi gloss black
9- the cone rubber bushings for mounting are available there are four per shock.

Shock absorbers was created by ilikescars
I have a set of original Spicer tube type shocks that have the small drain on the bottom. Has anyone rebuilt these, and what parts are available?
