The car looks pretty good in the pix, but up close may be a different thing. There are some buyers coming in from other countrys, including Switzerland, so the value on these cars may be going up. Nothing wrong with a six cyl car.

When you see something sell cheaply (or relatively cheaply) at BJ then there is a chance it's going back to the seller. If you see it go for the moon, I guarantee you that it was going somewhere new.

It was a dealer of some sort selling the car. A cosmetic restoration-- poor fit of panels, fender welting not in straight, etc. The guy said he just fixed it up to sell.

What do you know about the car? Is it a streetrod? A VERY nicely restored car? Maybe a 20,000 mile surivor.
I don't know what the buyer premium is at BJ but the owner would have to be in love with the car to buy it back at that price.
