Better Cord Shifting

After reading the article from George Arakelian (Tech Tips Vol 2 -2006) about gear clash after the car is warmed up and shifting into 3rd and mostly 4th gear.

Which is exactly the same type issue that I have after the car is warmed up when it is cold it seems to be fine.

George restricted the flow from the vacuum cylinder with inline valves or flow restrictors.

Just wondering if anyone has had any issues or other tips about this topic.
